While overseeing all golf operations, Cody is also responsible for the country club and member experience. He is tasked with ensuring service levels are consistent with membership wants and needs and maximizing their satisfaction. He is also charged with delivering financial predictability to the resort and as a result deliver programs and activities that enhance the overall membership environment.
